At the present time the Trijang Buddhist Institute does not have on-site accommodations. Below is a link to lodging within reasonable driving distance of the Institute, with contact information plus approximate drive times. During our retreats we will have very limited facilities for visitors to live on premises.

NOTE: The capitol of Vermont, Montpelier, is the closest major city to Northfield. For those driving north to Vermont, White River Junction is 60-70 minutes south of the Institute, nearer to Boston and New York. For those flying in to Vermont, the nearest international airport is in Burlington, which is 60-70 minutes north/west of the Institute. All have quick access to Interstate I-89, on which Exit 5 is the Northfield exit. There is also an excellent website for locating B&B's in Central Vermont: http://www.bbonline.com/vt/ Also, there are plenty of motels, such as the Comfort Inn, in the Berlin (I-89 Exit 7) and Montpelier (I-89 Exit 8) areas, about 15-25 minutes’ drive from TBI.
